Double Cylinder Bands Set with Bolts
Description
Heavy-Duty Double Tank Bands are available in a 2.5-inch width for 7.25-inch tanks and offer standard 8.5-inch center to center manifold spacing, so no special manifold is required. This bands are tungsten inert gas (TIG) welded, passivated, and have deburred edges that minimizes scratching tanks during assembly. Seahorse heavy-duty bands are constructed of 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel, with a #3 polished finish and 11-gauge, 304 stainless steel structural plates. Every Seahorse ultra high quality band is precision sheared and punched and goes through a stringent quality control test during each step of the manufacturing process.
Seahorse's bands kits include the appropriate size stainless steel all-thread bolt kit. Bolts, nuts and washers are also all made of 304 stainless steel, a high grade, low carbon metal that strongly resists corrosion, even in saltwater.
